Delete your RaveWave account

You can delete your RaveWave: The EDM App account and its data at any time, right from the app. It takes less than a minute.

Delete it in the app

Open RaveWave and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab, tap the menu button (☰) at the top right, then tap Settings and Privacy.
Scroll to the bottom. In the Delete Account box, type delete, then tap Delete Account.
Confirm when the app asks if you're sure.
If we ask you to sign in again, do that. It keeps anyone else from deleting your account.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@ravewave.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account, email address, name, username and profile
Your festivals, saved shows and schedules
Messages you've sent, your crews, follows and followers
Your notification settings and push notification tokens
Usage analytics tied to your account

What we keep, and for how long

Photos and voice messages you uploaded can stay in our file storage after your account is gone. We remove them within 30 days. If you want them gone sooner, email support@ravewave.app.
Crash reports aren't tied to your profile any more and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
